These collars are for the safety of working dogs and pets alike. All Torr a chlachan collies wear them all the time!! We found that our dogs went through collars continually and decided to make some of our own out of stronger material and rust proof, as they do like to swim in the sea regularly.
  The knots are designed to slip and increase the size of the collar if the dog becomes caught, so they can free themselves.
The collar should not slip when the lead is attached to the ring.
We found that with the longer haired collies the collar didn't rub like wider ones do, so they can wear them comfortably all the time.
We make two standard sizes: Small - Meduim £8. Medium - Large £10 (postage to be included). The collars are easily adjusted via the knots so they can fit from puppy to adult.
