So far we have 5 collies in the pack, two are Alastairs and three are Janets. Check out what they have been up to this month in our collie blog.

 

First we have Moss he was born in 2005 and Alastair's number 1 dog.

He is calm and steady and loves his work. He is very intelligent and works well off of his own initiative. He also likes to keep the pack balanced. 

                                   

 

Next we have Cuillin, he is full brother of Moss and Janet's number 1 dog.

He is always eager to please and loves people. He works best from a whistle and will work at a great distance with great precision.

                          

 

Shaw was born in 2007 and is Janet's second dog. 

She is the most powerful dog in the pack, if you need sheep shifting shes the one to do it. She is full of character and likes to try to keep the boys in order.

             

 

Duke was born in 2008. He is the son of Moss and Alastair's second dog.

He is confident, bold and full of mischief. He is coming on well with his work and loves the sea. He has a lot more eye than the other dogs but is learning to move when asked. He is very quick out the hill and will head sheep that are disappearing at the blink of an eye!

                   

 

Breagh was born in 2010 , she is Janets 3rd dog. It will be a couple of years of training before she is fully working. She is showing natural talent with the sheep and is very keen.
